About
I created a project about the BeNeLiga, featuring the best football clubs from the
Netherlands and Belgium. For this project, I designed a detailed infographic showing
the stadium sizes of the clubs and the distance between the clubs that are furthest apart.
I focused on making the information both visually appealing and easy to understand.
I created the entire design in Adobe Illustrator, improving my skills in data visualization,
layout design, and graphic design.
The idea
The idea was to create pop-ups that highlighted the clubs that were furthest apart, as well as the largest and smallest stadiums. I started building my map around this idea by researching and adding each stadium one by one to my project.
I recreated the stadiums in Adobe Illustrator
for the following clubs: in the Netherlands,
Ajax (largest stadium), AZ(smallest stadium),
and FC Groningen (furthest stadium), and in
Belgium, Club Brugge (largest stadium),
KV Mechelen (smallest stadium), and
Standard Liège (furthest stadium).
